Of course not!
It just means you are deciding NOW that you are going to be selective about when you go off track. It will be a treat, not an 8-week lifestyle habit resulting in ten pounds and a few inches that you have to shed!
And a personal suggestion: when you go off track, make a really scrumptious choice- a unique, light, delicious homemade pastry rather than an Oreo cookie or a Snickers bar (former favorites). Got it?
